How do I create an account on Yono Slots?
Download the Yono Slots app, open it and tap "Register". Enter your mobile number, set a password, and verify via OTP. The entire process takes under 2 minutes and you can start playing immediately after registration.
I'm not receiving the OTP. What should I do?
The OTP is automatically sent by our system. Please make sure the phone number you are registering belongs to you and is active. If you still haven't received it, wait a few minutes and try again. You may also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to refresh it. If the issue persists, try a different mobile number.
Can I have more than one account?
No. Each promotion and account is limited to one per person, IP address, and device. Multiple accounts will be detected by our system and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonuses.
Can I change my registered mobile number?
Once a mobile number is linked to your game account, it cannot be changed. Please ensure you register with the correct number. If you have issues accessing your account, contact our customer support for assistance.
Can I delete my Yono Slots account?

My deposit was successful but the amount is not in my account. Why?
There may be delays in the bank-to-bank process. Don't worry — your money is safe. Once our bank receives your deposit payment, it will be credited to your gaming account immediately. If it hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, contact our live chat support and provide your order number, UID, and payment receipt (screenshot showing UTR, amount, date and time).
My UPI payment failed but money was deducted. What should I do?
Please wait 15-30 minutes — the payment may still be processing. If your balance hasn't updated, take a screenshot of the successful debit from your bank/UPI app and contact our live chat. Our customer service will forward your receipt to the bank. Once we confirm receipt of your funds, the amount will be credited to your account. If the payment truly failed, your bank will auto-refund within 24-48 hours.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found in the "My Transactions" history section of the app. When contacting support about a deposit issue, please always provide your order number along with your UID and a screenshot of your payment receipt.
No payment methods are available when I try to deposit. What should I do?
Payment methods may be temporarily unavailable due to bank maintenance. Please wait a few minutes or an hour and try again. You can also try a different payment method. If the issue persists, contact our customer support for assistance.
I've reached my UPI payment limit. What can I do?
If you've reached the UPI payment limit set by your bank, please wait 24 hours before trying again, or link another bank account to make your payment. You can also try a different UPI app or use NetBanking as an alternative deposit method.
How can I speed up the deposit process if there's a delay?
For faster resolution: tap the Bank icon, then tap the help button with the "?" icon. Click "Game Ideas & Bug Reports", attach your payment receipt, and enter your Order Number, UID, and UTR Number. Submit it and our team will prioritize your request.
Withdrawals
How do I withdraw my winnings?
Step 1: Tap the Bank icon. Step 2: Click "Withdrawal Instantly". Step 3: Enter the amount and click "Withdraw Now". Step 4: After submitting successfully, wait for the amount to be credited to your bank account. Make sure your bank details are correct before submitting.
My withdrawal has been pending for a long time. What should I do?
Please be patient — your withdrawal is currently being processed. There may be delays due to high volume of withdrawal requests, but rest assured your money is safe. The bank-to-bank process takes time. Your withdrawal request will be reviewed and the amount will be credited to your bank account. If you still haven't received it after 3-5 days, contact our customer support again.
My withdrawal was rejected. Why?
Common reasons for rejection include: (1) Incorrect bank card number or IFSC code; (2) Bank account name doesn't match your registered name; (3) Wagering requirements for bonus funds not met; (4) Using an unsupported bank; (5) Submitting multiple withdrawal requests in a short time. When rejected, the funds are automatically refunded to your cash wallet. Please correct the issue and resubmit.
I entered wrong bank details for my withdrawal. What happens?
If you entered wrong bank details, the money may have been sent to the incorrect account. We kindly suggest adding a new bank account with correct information. When adding a new account, please double-check all details (account number, IFSC code, account holder name) to avoid future issues. You can bind up to 3 bank accounts to your game account.
How do I know if my withdrawal was successful?
Once your withdrawal is processed, the bank will complete the transfer. You can check your transaction history in the app. If the withdrawal is marked as successful, you will receive a UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) as proof. If you haven't received the money despite a successful status, contact your bank with the UTR number. If the issue persists after talking to your bank, prepare your bank statement in PDF format and contact us again.
My withdrawal shows insufficient balance even though I have funds. Why?
This usually happens because you still have unmet withdrawal/betting requirements. The system requires you to bet and play a certain amount before your bonus wallet funds transfer to your withdrawable balance. Please go back to the game lobby, continue playing, and once you complete the requirements, the system will automatically transfer your funds to your withdrawable balance.
My withdrawal option is locked/disabled. What should I do?
This can happen if you submitted multiple withdrawal requests in a short time — the system automatically locks the withdrawal function to protect your account. Please wait for 30 minutes to 24 hours and try again. Contact our customer support to apply for unlocking. To avoid this, please don't submit multiple withdrawal requests rapidly.
I've reached my daily withdrawal limit. What can I do?
Each account has a daily withdrawal limit based on your VIP level. If you've reached your limit, you'll need to wait until the next day. To increase your limit, deposit more and play to upgrade your VIP level, which unlocks higher withdrawal limits and unlimited transactions.

How do I bind a bank account?
Step 1: Click the Bank icon, then choose "Withdraw Instantly". Step 2: Click "Add Bank Account". Step 3: Fill in your bank details (account holder name, account number, IFSC code, bank name). Step 4: Wait for bank verification. Please double-check all details before submitting to ensure smooth withdrawals.
Can I add more than one bank account?
Yes, you can bind up to 3 different bank accounts to your game account. However, you must first have a successful withdrawal before you can add another bank account.
Can I remove or change my bank account details?
It is against our policy to remove bank accounts from your game account. However, you can add a new bank account if needed. To update bank details, contact our customer support with your UID, bank card holder name, new bank account number, IFSC code, and bank name. Please note: after updating bank details, you need to wait approximately 24 hours before making a withdrawal to avoid your account being disabled.
My bank account number is already bound by another user. What should I do?
Each bank account can only be linked to one game account. If your bank account is already used by someone else, please provide an alternative bank account. The same applies to mobile numbers — each number can only be bound to one account.

How does the first deposit bonus work?
When you register a new account, you can receive a bonus on your first, second, and third deposits. Go to the deposit bonus page and pick your bonus amount. After a successful payment, the bonus will instantly appear in your bonus wallet. You need to complete the wagering requirement (betting 20x the bonus amount) for it to transfer to your cash wallet. The first deposit bonus is valid within 24 hours from registration.
What are wagering/betting requirements?
Bonus amount must complete the betting requirements before it can be transferred to your withdrawable balance. For example, if you receive a bonus, you need to bet a specified multiple of that amount. Once you finish the betting requirements, the bonus amount will automatically transfer to your cash wallet. The system generates these requirements and customer service cannot modify them.
I didn't receive my bonus. Why?
Bonuses are automatically generated by the system for eligible players. If you did not receive a bonus, it means you may not have met the system requirements. Please note: each promotion can only be used with one name, IP address, device, or piece of data. Customer service does not have access to manually add bonuses. You can raise your VIP level to unlock more bonuses.
Where can I find promo codes?

What is the Weekly/Monthly Card?
The Weekly Card and Monthly Card are special packages you can purchase to receive daily bonus cash. For example, buying the ₹499 weekly card gives you ₹500+11 on the first day, then ₹11 each day for the next 6 days (total ₹577). When you receive your daily cashback, the system starts a countdown — you can claim again after the countdown ends.
How does the Referral / Invite Friends bonus work?
You earn bonuses when friends you invite register and play. Generation A (direct invites): ₹5 on registration + 0.5% of their bets. Generation B and C earn smaller percentages. You can withdraw your referral amount once you reach 100 invited players or your Generation A total deposits reach ₹30,000. The more your friends deposit and bet, the higher your bonus!
How do I claim my daily login gift?
When you log in to the Yono Slots app, a login gift will appear on the gift page. You can receive it by clicking manually. To qualify for additional rewards, you must reach the required VIP level. You can claim it once a day, up to a maximum of 7 times. Upgrade your VIP level for bigger daily rewards!
What is the Mystery Bonus?

How do Leaderboard rewards work?
